Original language description
Upgrade of the commercial graphical pre and post processor GiD for software bundle SIFEL. METR GiD creates input files for all sequential SIFEL modules (MEFEL, TRFEL, METR, TRANSGEO) in a full graphical mode. User can set up and modify e. g. material parameters, loading, boundary and initial conditions, solution method, output format of results. Help is included. METR GiD is written according to GiD syntax and TCL-TK. Source code has approx. 10 thousand lines.
