Production Technology Scrubbed Concrete
Original language description
A form of contemporary modern architecture is substainlly more supported by concrete with an uncovered surface. This material is so called face concrete. There is a lot of possibilities in surfacing. For example scrubbing (scrubbed concrete) is the mostcommon surfacing of prefabricated elements. Eleborate knowledges in production technology are needed to produce more high-quality concrete fabrics. Tested are for example effects of several different scrubbing varnishes and dab levels numer on scrubbed depth, the resistence of surface against water treatment and chemical defrosting substances or technological interval duration between scrubbing varnishes alluviation and concreting and also between concreting and striking. Influence of different gravel aggregate types application over consequent scrubbed surfaces fair-face and several types of scrubbing paper in comparison scrubbing varnishes was tested too.
