Original language description
Within the framework of research focused to optimization of material use has been carried out optimized design of concrete balcony railing for residential buildings. The solution was based on shape, material and reinforcement optimization of railing cross-section and verified by experimental mechanical testing. Comparison of environmental parameters of precast fibre concrete railing and the traditional conventionally reinforced precast concrete railing showed higher environmental quality of optimized solution.
