The poster presents the results of mapping of two climatological factors: mean air temperature (MT) and precipitation (P) using spatial interpolation of climatological data. Geographical information is used to predict the climatological factors through aregression relationship. Geographic Information System ArcGIS provides the means to produce annual climatological surfaces for the entire Czech Republic between the years 1998-2009 at spatial resolution of 90 m. The method used provides a deeper analysis of the influence of topography on mean temperature and precipitation in the Czech Republic.
