MANAGERIAL VISION IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF BUILDINGS IN CITY CENTERS

  • Original language description

The aim of this paper is to study the impact of management tasks on the efficiency of multifunction buildings especially in city centers. The paper begins with a study of the literature that claims to make a linkage between multifunction building designand management tasks, and the effect on the productivity of multifunction buildings in city centers. This vision needs to be considered with care; what evidence is there to suggest a correlation between project management tasks and the efficiency of multifunction buildings in city centers. The literature review reveals that office comfort is a complex matter. This paper establishes that there is enough evidence to support the claim that office building design and economics can affect productivity. The paper provides some findings on the principles of management and its impact on the productivity of buildings in city centers. These issues are mapped to maximize the efficiency of these buildings.
