The main topic of this paper is the theoretical analysis of effect of water vapour condensation from the air cooled in the air-to-air heat recovery exchanger on changes of temperature, enthalpy and exergy efficiencies. The results of the theoretical analysis show the positive influence of water vapour condensation on the exchanger efficiency.
