Jumping Design Barriers using cost estimation and standard units: Case Study in Prague City Center
Original language description
Higher buildings lead to higher costs, which lead to higher rents. Although a good perspective on building costs and cost reduction is essential. There is, therefore, a clear need to better integrate building cost into the integrated design. The main idea of this paper is to study the integrated design taking into account the economic side using cost estimation and standard units to Jumping Design Barriers. The following study of an economical method to economical buildings and maximize the better design in city centers. It is important, therefore, to start cost estimate early as possible, since any design changes that have to be made during production are usually very costly. That's why this paper recommends insert changes during design phase.
