Influence of surface layer on the permeability of concrete
Original language description
The durability of concrete against aggressive environmental influence is largely influenced by its permeability. This article focuses on the permeability of concrete measured by Torrent Permeability Tester. It presents the influence of technological aspects - the method of compaction, kind of treatment of formwork, on the final value of permeability. It describes the relationship between permeability and selected mechanical properties of surface layer.
