Research project to study behaviour of welded joints of HSS plates has been started at CTU Prague in cooperation with Kemi-Tornio University of Applied Sciences. Butt welds and fillet welds performed on steel DOMEX 960 with regard to the heat input amount, mechanical properties of electrode used and geometry of weld are investigated within this study.
