Adaptive optics system for interferometric testing of optical surfaces
Original language description
The work deals with interferometric testing of optical surfaces using adaptive optics system. The proposed two-beam adaptive interferometer uses deformable miror Mirao 52 from Imagine Eyes as an adaptive optical element for generation of the reference wavefront in the interferometer. Such measurement device can be applied for testing of flat, spherical and aspheric optical surfaces.
