APPROACH TO THE MULTI-CRITERIA ANALYSIS OF BUILDINGS, CZECH REPUBLIC AND PORTUGAL
Original language description
Buildings designed according to the idea of sustainable development aim to provide healthier and productive indoor environment in the equilibrium with environmental and economics requirements. Therefore the main idea to balance the main three dimensions:environment, society and economy, appears in the multi-criteria analyses. In order to assure this, several criterions are comprised in the sustainability assessment. There are major differences in each of the different systems for assessing the sustainability of buildings. Therefore this article aims to characterize the differences between two analyses developed from the same framework, but adapted to conditions of two different countries.
