The main goal of the student project is determined marked prices of real estate in selected regions in the Czech Republic. Actual market prices of apartments will by compared with the competitive price in a particular locality. Currently, the publisked competitive prices real estate, which is different from market prices according to various opinion within the range 10-20%. It is difficult to obtain reliable information about market prices actually realized, mainly because they are published competitiveprices. The project will therefore be analyzed passing of concrete sales agreement on the management of cadastral officed. These contain much valuable information, including the realized market prices. We plan to analyze at least 300 changes in papers of ownership, which will take place in 2012.
