  • Original language description

    Presented solution deals with a device for determination of radon diffusion coefficient. Measuring device is intended in particular for determination of radon diffusion coefficient of insulation materials` samples and partial elements of building structures. The new method is based on measuring the radon flux of the tested material placed between two cylindrical containers. Radon diffuses from lower container, which is connected to the radon source, through the sample to the upper container. From the known time-dependent curve of the radon concentration increase in the upper container, the radon diffusion coefficient can be calculated.
