    Fly ash is a secondary raw material that is produced in the thermal power plants as a by-product of energy production. This waste material can be used as a construction material for example in the constructions of transport structures. The use of fly ashbrings not only reduce of the environmental burden, but due to its low cost also significant economic benefits. Need to maximize the reuse of fly ash leads to the idea of fly ash improvement. The paper is focused on the possibility of the improvement offly ash geotechnical properties. Fibre reinforcement method is presented in the paper. Laboratory tests were performed to investigate the effect of fibre addition
