    Response of a simply supported beam exposed to a harmonic force with a random parameters

  • Original language description

    In this paper is presented evaluation of a simply supported beam, which is exposed to the effects of a harmonically varying force in time domain with some random parameters such as random amplitude and random pacing frequency. This type of loading shouldbe considered as the simplest model of a random pedestrian, who is walking over the footbridge. Also it could be considered as loading from a crowd of vandals with random frequency of jumping or bouncing. Structural parameters describing the footbridgeare based on the real structure across the Opatovicka Street in the Prague.
