Verifying of Basic Relations Between Strenght Characteristics of Steel-Fiber Reinforced Concrete
Original language description
Steel-reinforced concrete has been commonly used construction material, mainly because for its added characteristics, but not for possibly improved basic characteristics of hardened concrete as itself. For designing concrete constructions are commonly used different types of strength characteristics of concrete, depending on compressive strength of concrete. This paper describes small experiment, which does significantly show, that basic characteristics of steel-fiber reinforced concrete are depending not only on compressive strength classes, but also on dosing and type of fibers and on combinations of these. And these relations are probably non-linear.
