Fracture properties of FRC with varying fiber type and content
Original language description
This paper summarizes the results of the tests focused on fracture energy of fibre reinforced concrete of different strength classes, different fibre types and fibre contents subjected to different loading rates. This paper also presents current outcomesof the experimental programme and data collection focused on fracture properties of fibre reinforced concrete specimens reinforced by different fibre volume, fibre types and strength classes of concrete subjected to different loading rates. The main goal of the experimental program is to quantify the effect of added fibres on fracture properties leading to higher blast and impact resistance of concrete structures.
