The paper deals with utilisation of crushed concrete from railway sleepers in a mixture stiffened by synthetic fibres. The main focus of investigations is determination of mechanical-physical properties of the composite related to hardening and composition of the mixtures. The compressive strength was chosen as the representative mechanical characteristic.
