Original language description
Actualized and extended version of software based on finite elements method was created for analysis of transport processes. Program solves stationary and non-stationary, linear and non-linear problems of heat and moisture transfer. 2D and 3D domain canbe modelled by various types of finite elements. Phenomenological and micromechanics based models for coupled heat and moisture transfer were implemented, e.g. Künzel and Kiessl`s model and Lewis and Schrefler approach. Various boundary conditions can beapplied including climatic conditions. Results can be exported to commercial graphical post-processor GiD which provides robust environment for their visualization. TRFEL is written in C++ with respect to portability and extensibility. The code runs onboth Linux and Windows platforms. The program was used for analyses of real building structures and real problems such as reactor vessel behaviour, simulations of foundation slabs and bridge constructions.
