Original language description
An essential characteristic of dismantleable prefabricated reinforced concrete building system with controlled properties of joints is contact connection of load-bearing reinforced concrete units, which allows, due to compensation elements inserted intothe joints capable of absorbing energy, the limitation of the intensity of dynamic effects to a level that will not cause the failure of a building and its parts. Another significant property of these joints is also the elimination of outside noise (traffic, building activity, industrial activity) below the absolute threshold of hearing and thus the enhancement of the quality of the internal environment, allowing development in areas with increased noise levels, traffic, etc. The system may analogicallybe applied in areas with poorer foundation conditions, with underground traffic, in undermined zones, etc.
