There is a significant possibility of improving the load bearing capacities calculated according to the existing European Standards of spatial connections with thin walled steel nailing plates. Therefore, research has been called to improve this state ofthe art. The paper presents an experimental study on three versions of angle brackets where the results from full scale experiments are compared to different calculation procedures.
