Original language description
This paper is focused on the timber construction exposed to the fire. The focal point of this study is the research of the contribution to the fire resistance of light timber frame wall and floor assemblies using boards. The correct modelling of the fireand sufficient knowledge of wood behaviour at elevated tempoeratures leads to improvement and specification of the results of the fire resistance times. The results of the fire test when a light timber frame wall assembly was covered by fire protectiveboards are presented there. On the basis of the fire test results, evaluation and numerical model in ANSYS was carried out.
