Distribution of shear flow along connection of steel truss and concrete bridge deck is studied both in elastic and plastic stages of behaviour. The flow peaks in elastic stage above truss nodes due to local transfer of forces are crucial for design of bridges. Detailed parametrical study and recommendation for practical design are presented.
