The Quality management and the Risk management in Civil engineering processes are frequently discussed topics on the construction market. Synergy effect of combining the Project management tools with Quality/Risk based management systems is most desirable solution of complex Civil engineering tasks in construction projects. Process oriented management is a key to successful (continuous) improvement. Unfortunately Civil engineering stays behind other industrial branches in correct applying and integration of the management supporting tools. The certification process in Quality/Risk based management systems is unavailing; certification of the Project management is not even existing or not required by the Construction market. Application of internationalstandards such as ISO, TQM or others is often very difficult in construction processes or projects.
