The new Czech legislation on efficiency in buildings is replaced by Act no. 406/2000 Coll., On energy management, the new Act no. 318/2012 Coll., Which is valid from 1 January 2013. The Act defined the requirements to meet the energy performance of new and renovated buildings - Section 7. The requirements of this Act from September 2012 legally enforceable. For these reasons, increasingly we approach the reconstruction of existing buildings, focusing primarily on the insulation of the building envelope.Building insulation has a fundamental role on the energy performance of the building, which is determined by the implementing decree no. 78/2013 Coll. with effect from 1 April 2013.
