The paper deals with the topic of the stabilized fly ash in railway track bed. In detail, the paper is focused on sampling of stabilized fly ash by core drilling applied in railway station Smiřice. The paper also describes methods of preparing of samples for following non-destructive laboratory tests. These were performed on the selected stabilized fly ash samples. The last part of the paper describes application of non-destructive test methods and assessment of their results in connection with destructive methods.
