Factors Influencing Crack Patterns of Concrete Specimens Subjected to Impact Loading
Original language description
Impact resistance of plain concrete and FRC composites gains high importance in the present days. The issue of extreme loading situations concerns all types of structures, such as buildings or transport infrastructure, therefore the research of concreteimpact resistance enables wide-range applications. This paper presents outcomes of the experiments focused on performance of FRC slabs subjected to impact loading. Deceleration of the impacting burden was measured. Also crack pattern of the damaged specimens was observed and analysed.
