Original language description
Modern technologies have become an integral part of everyday life. The ongoing rapid development of new technologies brings still new possibilities in almost every field of research. Thanks to improvements, especially in computer processing or computer-aided techniques and also development of digital cameras, new methods for the documentation of culture heritage and the processing of acquired data are now available. In this paper, several of these methods are mentioned, namely laser scanning, the currently very popular image-based modeling, and panoramic photography. These methods of documentation consequently replaced the older geodetic ones because they achieved higher quality and more accurate results. This paper demonstrates the application of these methods and also shows how to combine some of these methods to get new results. As an example, we use a texture range image. One part of the paper deals with the method of visualization and presentation of the results. One very popular
