Original language description
The energy plan for the capital Prague solves conceptually energy management problems along with other connected activities which will lead to a reduction in energy consumption, and an improvement to the living environment not only with regard to CO2, but also to a reduction of dust levels and energy costs. There was worked out a case study using a sample of buildings which enabled, with the help of an environmental-economic evaluation, a decision as to which measures will be effective and also make some contribution to the city from an economic viewpoint. The paper has the purpose of making known the methodology and some of the results of this case-study in which the Czech Technical University in Prague participated.
