The behaviour of the heavily corroded steel structures

  • Original language description

The process of the degradation affects the behaviour and the load capacity of many bridge structures. However, the behaviour of corroded and degraded steel members is still not fully investigated. The purpose of the presented research is to deepen the knowledge about the effects of degradation on the behaviour of steel structures. The paper is based especially on own measurements, that were done on real structures and their elements.
