Within this paper, the response of a masonry structure will be determined by applying three different procedures according to Eurocode 8 in order to understand practically to which extend the accuracy will vary by comparing the results with experimentalwork that has been done at ELSA (European Laboratory for Structural Assessment) reaction-wall laboratory at Ispra, Italy in 2007. The three procedures are; elastic response spectrum analysis, non-linear static procedure, and time history analysis.
