    Synthesized Microstructure Informed Perturbation Fields

  • Original language description

    A new technique concerning the utilization of stochastic Wang tiling to create microstructure informed enrichment functions for generalized finite element methods is presented. The synthesized enrichments are discussed from the viewpoint of aesthetic properties of underlying microstructures and vanishing discontinuities on the tiling lattice while increasing the tile set cardinality.
