Original language description
Building informational model (BIM) is lot of discussed topic these days. It has already been a lot written about BIM, but the use of BIM for the design and optimization of the flow of water in the water management structures remained far outside attention. One of the reasons is little usage of BIM in the water management sector, because this sector was not sufficiently tailored programs. Another reason is little usage of the simulation tools for more complex flow (CFD). Properly connected BIM and CFD may not only save time by sharing the 3D geometry. Integrating of the simulation tool can be effectively involved in the design at the appropriate time. It can solve geometry modifications and their collision effectively thanks connections than in “classic design”. Whole process of the simulation also can be considerably automated.
