Influence of Homogenization of Mixtures with Cement and Waste Micronized Marble Powder on Resulting Mechanical Properties of Cement Composites
Original language description
The article deals with influence of different process of homogenization dry mixtures and its effect on the mechanical properties of the cement composite. Cement composites were composed of 10 wt. % Portland cement CEM I 42.5R (Radot´ın) and 90 wt. % micronized marble powder. Individual tested mixtures had different in process of homogenization dry mixture (mixed by hand or mixed by micronization). Testing was performed on beams of dimensions 40 x 40 x 160 mm. The investigated mechanical parameters were dynamic modulus of elasticity, dynamic shear modulus, flexural strength and compressive strength for 7 and 28 days old sample.
