This paper deals examination of properties of concrete containing recycled cement powder. Recycled cement powder, which was used for the experiment, originated from recycling plant. Recycled cement powder was obtained from crushed old concrete structures and subsequently old concrete specimens were crushed in laboratory jaw crusher. Four concrete mixtures were designed for this experiment. The first mixture (REF) was reference, did not include recycled cement powder. Five percent of portland cement was replaced by recycled cement powder in concrete mixture 5C. Ten percent of portland cement was replaced by recycled cement powder in concrete mixture 10C. Fifteen percent of portland cement was replaced by recycled cement powder in concrete mixture 15C. There were tested physical, mechanical and deformation properties of concrete. There were tested workability, water absorption, compressive strength and dynamic modulus of elasticity in this investigation. The main goal of this research was verification of possibility of the use of recycled cement powder in concrete.
