Property owners must carry out reconstruction or buildup of buildings in defined time periods (project schedules) with respect to the current funding opportunities (with full costing based on a bill of quantities (BOQ). However, scheduling and financing are not effectively integrated. A new approach can be found in parametric budgeting tools. Application software FasCalc is designed for generation of material quantities in the facade reconstruction of standardized residential buildings and their budget. The software is designed for planning and monitoring of investment activities especially in organizing the renovation of prefabricated buildings. Software is typically designed for owners of buildings and future investors. The output from the program gives support to objective BOQ and price determination in tenders for building contractors. The generated documents are accepted within the methodological framework for provision of financial support to the State Fund for Housing Development.
