Public construction contracts in Czech Republic need of some advanced project delivery system. This research chose Design-Build as an example of these advanced systems due to its reasonable complexity and because there is already push to use Design-Build in Czech public contracts. The research aims to identify core obstacles in implementations of Design-Build method into Czech public construction contacts. Comparison of current procedures and Design-Build guidelines was used to find these obstacles.
