Original language description
The purpose of the contribution is to determine the assessment criteria for the Czech certi-fication system (SBToolCZ) in the area of User Documentation and Facility Management for administrative buildings in their operational phase. The development of the proposal for the assessment criteria structure is based on the analysis of the world’s most recog-nized certification systems, such as LEED, UK BREEAM and the German DGNB System. Each certification system is conceived and structured in a different way; therefore, a thor-ough comparative study of their rating systems was necessary to identify areas that might be relevant to the issue of interest. The analyzed outputs need to be evaluated in the con-text of the SBToolCZ certification system and suitably complemented with our own expe-rience in the assessment of the quality of facility management and project documentation.
