    Sandwich panels and trapezoidal sheets are used to stabilize the main steel structure in fire. The paper gives an information about results of experiments executed to solve behaviour of the cladding systems during the fire. Based on the experiments, equation was derived for the prediction of the temperature of individual parts of the structure and for the prediction of the degradation of the panel foam by means of effective thermal conductivity.
