    Chloride resistance of concrete with fly ash

  • Original language description

    This paper describes the results of the experimentally modelled chloride ion penetration into different quality concrete structures with fly ash. Measurement of chloride profiles was performed on samples subjected to accelerated tests and natural diffusion tests. The chloride ion profile in the samples was determined in layers of 5 mm thickness up to a total of 45 mm. For further research, so called "zero test" was performed. Zero test tries to find out if an electric current can damage porous structure of concrete and thus making electric based penetration of protective substances unsuitable.
