Cratering damage of high-performance cementitious composites and conventional normal strength concrete caused by in-service projectile impact

  • Original language description

This work aims to compare the ballistic resistance of high-performance cementitious composites (HPCCs) with conventional normal strength concrete (NSC). Ballistic resistance was tested with in-service projectiles on 200 mm x 200 mm x 200 mm cube-shaped specimens. The result of the research is a comparison of three damage parameters namely the depth of penetration, area of the crater and volume of the crater.
