Contemporary cities face many challenges to which they must respond. Urban housing planning with a focus on predicting possible risks, with an emphasis on the problems of excessive traffic load, insufficient civic amenities and insufficient environmental resistance are a very important component of the preparation phase of newly emerging development. For a properly functioning city, it is important to deal with the intensity of construction and the model of the percentage composition of planned construction, including variants of approaches to deciding on the location and composition of mainly residential construction.
