Working Group 15 of the European Association of Earthquake Engineering aims to provide a forum for the ad hoc assembly of knowledge to produce State-of-the-Art papers for dissemination at the European level. During this workshop, visions will be developed based on the promising integrated techniques for environmental refurbishment and seismic retrofitting from reported activities. The state-of-the-art results collected thus far will be compared with the outcomes from each sub-group and used to develop a technical position paper. This should be presented at the World Conference of Earthquake Engineering (WCEE24) in Milan in 2024.
