    The analytical models are limited to predicting the fire behavior of steel members and joints. EN 1993-1-2:2005 suggests that simplified analytical methods can be used to predict the design resistance of isolated steel members exposed to fire using the global analyses of structure at room temperature with material reduction factors. The model of joints design is prepared for advanced calculation is using global analyses of whole structure at elevated temperature. The numerical design calculation models can be used to predict fire behavior of steel members and joints as an alternative to substantially increase the accuracy of estimating the resistance in a fire.
