    The aim of the research is to examine behaviour of trapezoidal steel sheeting at elevated temperatures including its connections. An introduction to the structural behaviour is provided in the paper. Initial connection tests are shown as well as a FE model of the trapezoidal sheeting. Large-scale fire tests are planned. The results will be later used to create simple design rules for fire resistance of lightweight roofs.
