A design of dental implant is very compound. The primary aspect is biomechanical and chemical stability of every implant. This mean biocompatibility of implants material with biological environment - tissue. Today using nonliving materials are not totally biocompatible. Biomechanical stability implants also pertinent to condition of remolding of bone tissue. Next is very important knowing of force effects during biting and chewing for design of dental implants. Present values of force effect are definedin spacing 200-777 N from other authors. There is more different between values. A special electronic device VAPE 2000 was constructed in our Laboratory biomechanics and biomaterial engineering. We measured force effects in men 20-26 year old by the device
