The Aim of this Abstract is to Describe the Cause of Formation of Course-Grained Structure in Die Forging after Hot Working and Heat Treatment.Symmetric Aluminum Forging with Rib and with Different Cross Section , where is Condition for Non-Homogeneous Plastic Deformation, was Chosen for Study. Material AlCuMg (3,8 wt.%-4,8 wt.% Cu,0,4 wt.% - 0,8 wt.% Mg , 0,4 wt.% - 0,8 wt.% Mn ) as a Typical Wrought, Heat-Treatable Aluminum Alloy for High Strength Forging was Investigated. The Results Document Course-Grained Structure in Specific Parts of Surface and Define Needful Critical Parameters of Forging and Solution Heat Treatment . Non-Homogeneous Structure is Connected with a Non-Homogeneous Plastic Deformation , Complicated Temperature Field, Stress Field, Material Flow , Friction on Surface of Die, Rate of Deformation and with Conditions of Recrystallization During Forging and Heat Treatment.
