Second and Third Order Weighted ENO Scheme on Unstructured Meshes
Original language description
This contribution describes one variant of the explicit finite volume weighted ENO scheme for the solution of transonic flows using unstructured meshes. The piecewise polynomial interpolation is achieved in very simple way by solving a least square problem with weights which depend on the gradients of the solution. Several tests for accuracy and stability are made for the case of scalar equation and second or third order schemes. The applications of the proposed schemes for the case of 2D and 3D transonic flows are presented.
