In the paper the results of the investigation of impellers with diagonally folded blades used for mixing of suspensions are presented. The number of blades (3, 4 or 6) has a great influence on the rotational frequency of the impeller, necessary to obtaina suspension. The influence of the blade number on the dimensionless mixing power was not observed.
