    Facility Developement for Frequency Tests of Small Aeroplanes

    This paper presents the laboratory dynamic device for frequency tests of small aeroplanes and gliders up to the maximum takeoff weight 650 kg. The equipment is developed in terms of the task Research Development of Aircraft Composite Structures of the project Aerospace Research Centre. The method described deals with critical flutter speeds of small aeroplanes and gliders as a base of the device design and measurement methodology. This article gives information of a measuring Unit of the equipment and characteristics of separate hardware components. Suspension structure is presented. A schematic form of the measurement methodology is mentioned.
